While we assist with bookings and support, please note that all refunds and cancellations are ultimately subject to the rules of the airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, or other service providers.   • Service Fees: Flight Fare Buddy may apply a processing fee in addition to any penalty charged by the supplier.
  • Please note that even if a supplier (e.g., airline) waives a cancellation fee, third-party platforms like Flight Fare Buddy may retain service or convenience charges, which are non-refundable.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Medical or Emergency Situations: Some suppliers may provide flexible refund or credit options in cases of illness, bereavement, or major disruptions. Supporting documents (such as medical certificates) may be required.
  • Third-Party Bookings: If a booking was processed through a third-party provider, refunds may first be returned to that provider before being released to you, which can extend processing times.

7. Refund Disputes and Escalations

If you encounter delays or challenges:

  • We recommend contacting the airline, hotel, or supplier directly, especially if they operate under consumer protection laws that require refunds.
