Service Fees & Charges:

• All service and transaction fees are non-refundable and may vary at any time without notice.

• Government-imposed taxes and fees may change at any point, based on regulatory updates.

• Currency conversions: Service fees are processed and displayed in your local currency.

• Multi-city itineraries (trips visiting several destinations and returning to the origin city): A service fee of up to $100 per passenger may apply, regardless of passenger type.

• Multi-airline or high-risk routes: Up to $50 per passenger may be charged as a service fee.

• Airline-specific charges: Certain airlines may charge a service fee of up to $40 per passenger.

• Alternate airport or flexible date searches: An additional service fee of up to $50 per passenger may apply.

• Fusion or mixed fares: Up to $100 per passenger as a service fee.

• Customer Care Bookings: Reservations made through our call center (including complex multi-stop or round-the-world itineraries) may incur higher service fees than online bookings.

• o These may range between $10 and $200 per passenger.
• o Senior citizens are charged a maximum service fee of $100.
• o Premium Package benefits are automatically included in Contact Center bookings.

Important Notice: All service fees are subject to revision at any time without notice. The final total price quoted during checkout reflects the complete and binding cost of your booking. Please review your final total carefully before confirming your purchase.

Other Terms & Conditions

All airline refunds and future travel credits are governed by each airline’s individual fare rules, policies, and procedures. Service fees for any changes, cancellations, refunds, or future credits are applied per passenger, per ticket.

‡ All post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and may be changed at any time without prior notice. These fees are in addition to any airline or third-party supplier charges.

‡ Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to revision. You will be billed only the final total amount as displayed or as quoted by our agent at the time of transaction.

(1) - Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds or cancellations are available only when permitted under the airline’s fare rules, provided your request has been accepted by us and you are not a “no-show.” (Most “no-show” cases are ineligible for supplier waivers.) Refunds are processed only if we successfully obtain waivers from the respective suppliers.

(2) - As most airline tickets are non-refundable, refunds and future credits strictly follow the airline’s fare rules, terms, and procedures.

Special Services: All special service requests (such as seat preferences, meals, or assistance) are handled on a request-only basis and depend entirely on the airline’s approval process and policies. Applicable special service fees will be charged once the service is provided and will be refunded only if the airline denies the request.
