Terms & Conditions

Before submitting a Price Match request, please review the following conditions:

• Identical Itinerary: The flight details — including dates, times, airline, and class of service — must exactly match your booking.
• Recognized Travel Agency: The lower fare must come from a reputable online travel provider, such as Expedia or Priceline.
• Clear Pricing: The competing fare must include all taxes and fees. Hidden charges or unclear costs are not eligible.
• Exclusions: Prices from private groups, corporate discounts, package deals, or special promotions do not qualify.
• Public Availability: The lower fare must be publicly visible and accessible to all customers. Member-only or restricted deals are excluded.
• Timeframe: Price Match requests must be submitted within 24 hours of completing your booking at flightfarebuddy.com.

By requesting a Price Match, you agree to the above terms. Flight Fare Buddy reserves the right to verify any claim and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

How to Submit a Price Match Claim

• Provide Documentation: Share proof of the lower fare (such as a screenshot, booking reference, or link) with our customer service team.
• Verification: Our team will review your claim carefully. This process may take up to 48 hours.
